900 cloud credits a month. Your first month carries 1,200 — up to 20 hours of cloud dictation, about 40 minutes a day. Local dictation never touches them.

There is no checkout on this site. You upgrade from Plans & billing inside the app once you have signed in. In India the payment goes through Razorpay — UPI, cards or net banking. Everywhere else it goes through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, which takes cards and PayPal and handles local taxes.
Questions
What people ask before they pay.
No. On a PC with an NVIDIA GPU the local model answers in about a second. Without one it still works on the CPU, just slower on long dictations. Voxden Cloud needs no GPU and no model download at all, which is the usual reason people on laptops pick Pro.
On the Free plan, nothing: the speech model runs on your machine. With Voxden Cloud switched on, the audio of each dictation is sent for transcription and the text comes back; your dictionary terms go along as hints. Signing in sends your email address and, if you use Google, your name and picture. The privacy policy lists everything, item by item.
Voxden isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen for an installer it hasn't seen before. It is not a virus report. Click More info, then Run anyway; the download page shows both clicks. A certificate costs more than the app earns today, so signing comes at around 100 to 200 paying users.
Open Plans & billing in the app and cancel there. Pro keeps working to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged. After that you are back on Free: on-device dictation with 3,000 words a week, your dictionary intact.
Cancelling and refunding are two different things: cancelling always works from inside the app and stops the next charge, while a refund puts a charge already taken back on the card, UPI handle or PayPal account it came from. The terms, and how to ask, are on the refund policy page.
